All you need is:
- 250gms of Rohu fish
- 2 sliced onions
- 2 whole red chillies
- 2 garlic cloves
- Grated ginger
- Freshly chopped coriander
- Mustard oil
- 2 green chillies chopped

- Pansari Fish Masala
- Salt
Before you start with the cooking, do fry the 2 red chillies in oil and mash them. Also, fry the grated ginger in oil and keep it aside.
Step 1: First, you must marinate the 6 fish pieces and fry them in mustard oil. Then, remove the bones of the fishes and shred them to place in a wide mixing bowl.
Step 2: Next you must fry the red whole chilli and crush it properly. Put it in the same bowl that contains the fish. Fry the nicely chopped ginger and garlic and place them in the same bowl. After that, you must add the sliced onion and tomato followed by a sprinkling of fresh coriander.
Step 3: Now use a few servings of Pansari Fish Masala to lend it a tingling flavour. Take 2 tablespoon of mustard oil and mash all these ingredients together with your hand. Add a pinch of salt and one extra teaspoon of mustard oil, if needed, to complete this tasty fish bharta.
